Attendee Declaration
• I will inform Learn Indonesian Hub that I will not be attending class if I develop flu-like symptoms (eg. Fever, cough, shortness of breath etc.) and my temperature is above 37.5 degrees Celsius
• I will inform Learn Indonesian Hub that I will not be attending class if I have come into close contact with anyone who are confirmed COVID-19 cases in the past 14 days (as of date of preview)
• I will inform Learn Indonesian Hub that I will not be attending class if I have am placed on Leave of Absence (LOA) or Approved Absence (AA) or on a Stay Home Notice (SHN), or Home Quarantine Order (HQO) prior to the class.
Terms & Conditions
1. Course fees are payable before start of class.
2. 2 x Complimentary replacement class can be given to each student.
3. A replacement class will be 1 hour in duration and conducted right before the actual class.
4. Subsequent replacement classes will be at S$60 per hour
5. Certificate of completion will be issued on the last day of class with at least 80% attendance achieved.
6. All fees are non-refundable.
7. Money-back guarantee is applicable if all stated course objectives are not met by the end of the course.
8. Learn Indonesian Hub reserves the rights to postpone start of class, with prior notice, if there are insufficient students.
9. Sessions to be completed within 4 months from start date, unless otherwise stated.
