Start a Group Class

#1: Propose Your Class

Fill out the “Propose a Class” form with your preferred level, dates, time slot and format (online or in-person).

#2: Public Listing

Your proposed class appears publicly on this page in the table above, visible to anyone looking to join.

#3: Join & Track

As learners click “Join Class,” and provide us with their contact details, a running head-count updates in real time. You’ll see how many of the required 4 spots are filled.

#4: 6-Week Window

Each proposal remains live for up to 6 weeks. During this time, we need a minimum of 4 learners to sign up in order to start the class. 

#5: Confirmation & Scheduling

• If ≥ 4 learners join within 6 weeks:
  We’ll reach out to confirm each participant’s availability and finalize your start date.
• If fewer than 4 learners join by week 6:
  The proposal is automatically be removed. You can always re-propose with new dates.

#6: Formation Timeline

Please allow 1–2 months from your initial proposal for your group to form, confirm availability and kick off your classes.

Frequency

• Regular (Once a week)
• Accelerated (Twice a week)
• Intensive (Thrice a week)

Mode

• Physical (175A Bencoolen Street, Burlington Square Offices, #08-05 Singapore 189650
• Online (Via Zoom)

Proposal Duration:

• Proposals expire after 6 weeks if enrollment minimum isn’t met; expired proposals are deleted automatically.

Confirmation Process:

• Once minimum enrollment is reached, we contact all joiners for final date/time confirmation before officially scheduling.

Start Date Flexibility:

• The actual class start date will depend on all confirmed learners’ availability, this would usually take 1–2 months from time of proposal.

Re-Proposals:

• If your proposal expires or is canceled, you’re welcome to submit a new proposal with revised dates or format.
