Terms & Conditions

By registering for any programme offered by Learn Indonesian Hub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions. Learn Indonesian Hub is operated by Skills Training Hub Pte Ltd.

Learn Indonesian Hub offers a variety of programmes including but not limited to:

  • Weekly Group Classes
  • Online Classes
  • Private Lessons
  • Corporate Training Programmes
  • Workshops and Short Courses
  • Preview or Thematic Classes

Programme details such as duration, schedule, delivery format, and fees will be stated on the relevant course page or registration materials.

Course Fees

All course fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the class, unless otherwise stated.

A learner’s place in the course is considered confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment.

Learn Indonesian Hub reserves the right to release or cancel registrations if payment is not received within the required timeframe.

Payment Methods

Payments may be made via approved payment channels including but not limited to:

  • Credit or debit card
  • PayNow
  • Bank transfer

All payments made are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise specified.

Course schedules will be communicated during registration or published on the Learn Indonesian Hub website.

All course sessions are to be completed within four (4) months from the course start date, unless otherwise stated.

Learn Indonesian Hub reserves the right to make reasonable changes to:

  • class schedules
  • trainers
  • venues
  • delivery format (online or physical)

where necessary.

Learners will be informed of such changes with reasonable notice whenever possible.

All group classes are subject to a minimum number of participants.

Learn Indonesian Hub reserves the right to postpone the start of class with prior notice if there are insufficient students enrolled.

Where possible, alternative arrangements such as rescheduling or transferring to another class may be offered.

Learners are expected to attend classes punctually.

If a learner is unable to attend a scheduled session:

  • Each learner may be granted two (2) complimentary 30-minute make-up sessions, subject to trainer availability.
  • Make-up sessions will be offered only if there is no other ongoing class covering the same lesson that the learner can join.
  • The make-up session will generally be conducted immediately before the next scheduled class.
  • Make-up sessions are subject to trainer availability and scheduling constraints.

Any additional replacement classes beyond the complimentary sessions will be charged at:

S$30 per 30-minute session.

A Certificate of Completion will be issued to learners who achieve at least 75% attendance for the programme.

Certificates will be issued within three (3) weeks from the final session of the course.

Requests for transfers or withdrawals must be submitted at least seven (7) days prior to the course commencement date.

An administrative charge of S$100 will apply for each approved request for transfer or withdrawal made by a confirmed participant.

Requests received after this period may not be approved.

In the event that a participant:

  • does not attend the course on the scheduled start date, and
  • has not submitted a transfer or withdrawal request at least seven (7) days prior to the course commencement date,

the full course fee will apply and no refund will be granted.

For programmes conducted online:

Meeting links will be sent to registered learners up to five (5) days prior to the class start date.

Meeting links are strictly for registered participants only and must not be shared with others.

Learners are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary equipment, internet connection, and software (zoom) required to participate in the class.

Learn Indonesian Hub reserves the right to remove any unregistered participant from the session.

All course materials provided during the programme remain the intellectual property of Learn Indonesian Hub and its trainers.

These materials are provided solely for personal learning purposes.

Learners may not reproduce, distribute, publish, share, sell, or modify any course materials without prior written consent from Learn Indonesian Hub.

By registering for any programme, learners consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data by Learn Indonesian Hub for purposes including but not limited to:

  • course administration
  • communication with learners
  • issuance of certificates
  • regulatory compliance
  • marketing or promotional communication related to Learn Indonesian Hub programmes

Personal data will be managed in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Learners may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Classes or sessions may occasionally be recorded for purposes such as:

  • training quality assurance
  • internal training
  • educational reference

By participating in the programme, learners acknowledge that photographs, recordings, or testimonials may be used by Learn Indonesian Hub for educational, marketing, or promotional purposes, unless a written request is submitted to opt out.

Learners are expected to maintain a respectful and professional learning environment.

Learn Indonesian Hub reserves the right to remove any participant without refund if their behaviour:

  • disrupts the learning environment
  • is inappropriate or disrespectful
  • violates programme guidelines.

Learn Indonesian Hub reserves the right to decline or terminate enrolment of any participant if it is deemed necessary for operational, safety, or conduct-related reasons.

Learn Indonesian Hub reserves the right to assign or substitute trainers where necessary without prior notice, while ensuring that the quality and objectives of the programme are maintained.

Learn Indonesian Hub shall not be held liable for any:

  • personal injury
  • loss or damage of personal belongings
  • technical disruptions during online classes
  • indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the programme

Participation in all programmes is undertaken at the learner’s own discretion.

Learn Indonesian Hub shall not be held responsible for any delay, disruption, or cancellation of programmes caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • natural disasters
  • pandemics
  • government regulations
  • power outages
  • internet disruptions
  • venue unavailability

In such cases, Learn Indonesian Hub may reschedule the affected sessions or offer alternative arrangements where possible.

Learn Indonesian Hub reserves the right to revise or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The latest version will always be published on the website.

Continued participation in any programme constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
