When you attend a class, we may require you to fill in your personal details (full name, NRIC, date of birth, email and contact number) on the registration & attendance form (digital or hardcopy) in order to verify your identity and confirm your attendance for the class. This personal information collected will kept in a form that permits identification of the individual for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was processed. With regards to the personal data that was collected for the purpose of processing SkillsFuture course grants and credits, all personal data will be safely disposed upon completion of course and upon disbursement of grants and credits.
With regards to information collected during course registration via our website, personal data will be retained for a period of 6 months. After which the data will be erased from the database.
